All work is conducted through Meridian International — our Hong Kong entity — with formal contracts, documented invoicing, and clear accountability at every stage.

Sourcing & Procurement

8–12% commission on FOB value
or 15–25% margin on buy-resell

The foundation of every engagement. We identify and verify suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage the order from confirmation through to the factory gate — with full documentation at each stage.

What is included

  • Supplier identification and verification — factory audits, business licence checks, and production capacity assessment
  • Sample sourcing and in-person evaluation prior to any recommendation
  • Price negotiation and commercial contract preparation
  • Order placement and production monitoring with regular progress updates
  • Pre-shipment quality control inspection at basic level, included as standard
When to select this service: You have a product specification but no verified supplier, or you have had a negative experience with a marketplace supplier and require a more structured approach.

Quality Assurance

US$200–350 per inspection day
or bundled with sourcing

Standalone quality control for clients who source independently but require in-country inspection. Alternatively, layered onto sourcing engagements for high-value or specification-sensitive products.

What is included

  • In-line production inspections — identifying defects before they propagate through the production run
  • Pre-shipment inspection using AQL sampling in accordance with ISO 2859
  • Factory compliance audits covering social, environmental, and safety standards
  • Defect documentation with full photo and video reporting delivered within 24 hours
  • Independent verification — our inspector works exclusively for the buyer, not the supplier
When to select this service: You have already selected a supplier but require independent eyes on the ground, or the order value is sufficient that a defective shipment would represent a materially significant loss.

Logistics Coordination

End-to-end coordination of the freight and documentation process — from the factory gate to your warehouse — ensuring compliance, accuracy, and no avoidable delays at customs.

What is included

  • Freight forwarder selection, briefing, and ongoing management
  • Export documentation preparation — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading
  • Customs compliance documentation — certificates of origin, test reports, HS code verification
  • Amazon FBA preparation coordination where required
  • Shipment tracking and delivery confirmation reporting

Advisory Services

Structured advisory for engagements that fall outside the standard sourcing model. Drawing on a legal background and sustained on-the-ground experience in China's manufacturing sector.

Why we publish our pricing.

Most sourcing agents present fees only after a prospect has engaged. We regard that practice as a friction point rather than a negotiating tool. The rates above reflect what we charge. Final fees vary with order complexity and volume, and a specific figure is always provided before any work commences. There are no undisclosed margins embedded in supplier pricing, no supplementary fees added post-engagement, and no commission arrangements with suppliers — the pricing you are quoted is the pricing you pay.
