FEE STRUCTURE
Meridian's fees are structured and transparent. Indicative rates for each service are set out below; the applicable fee for a specific engagement is confirmed in writing in the engagement letter before any work commences. Clients with an existing verified supplier relationship may qualify for a reduced scope — and reduced fee — on repeat verification, documentation, or RFQ engagements, since foundational research is already complete.
STANDALONE SERVICES
Each advisory service carries a fixed or from-figure fee based on the scope of the specific engagement, confirmed in writing before work begins. Where a procurement consultation precedes a full engagement, its fee is credited against the applicable commission or minimum engagement fee.

FULL MANDATE ENGAGEMENTS
For full engagement mandates covering the complete sourcing process, Meridian's fee is calculated as a percentage of the confirmed FOB supplier invoice value, agreed in the engagement letter prior to commencement.

A minimum engagement fee of USD 950 (HKD 7,410) applies to all full mandates. Where the calculated commission is below this amount, the minimum engagement fee applies in its place; where commission exceeds it, only the commission is invoiced.
THIRD-PARTY COSTS
Inspection fees, laboratory certification charges, customs brokerage fees, and freight costs are always invoiced separately at cost. Meridian applies no markup. Supporting documentation is attached to every pass-through line item.
Meridian invoices in USD and HKD. All HKD amounts are calculated at the Hong Kong dollar peg rate of HKD 7.80 = USD 1.00.
